Tushy Poop Up SF

Overview: Informative and entertaining weekend event celebrating clean butts in San Francisco. The end goal is to raise brand awareness, loyalty, and sales for Tushy.

This event will be similar to the Poop Up you did in NYC, but Escape The Routine will handle all programing and event management services in San Francisco.

Programming:

Local visual artists on display.

Sustainable panels with prominent journalists.

Stand Up Comics (particularly good butt jokers).

Bar Services / Permits: $2,500

ETR Service Fee: $5,000

ETR Is responsible for:

Securing venue

Securing staff and managing day of events and store

Securing necessary permits

Project management of any custom fabrication, printing, or custom murals / painting for the space

Book and advance all talent

Promote all nighttime programming at the store

Sole contracting party with all vendors

Managing RSVPs/Ticketing for nighttime event

Tushy is responsible for:

All PR

Creating necessary copy and creative for store launch event page

Providing brand creative assets and being available to approve mockups from fabricators & muralists

Designing any signage and displays

Option 1:

Popular multi-room gallery space / daytime cafe with existing foot traffic. This is located in financial district area / SOMA area of San Francisco.

Option 2:

Gallery space in SOMA area of San Francisco. This space is connected to a restaurant so it’s not completely stand alone.

Option 3:

Mission District Retail Storefront. This is located in a highly trafficked retail, restaurant, and nightlife area of San Francisco. The neighboring shops are for the most part small local businesses.

Option 4:

Retail space in the Marina District of San Francisco. Located between other retail shops, bars, and local restaurants.
