Get all of the benefits of yoga in this compact and low impact session, perfect to incorporate into a long day of meetings! Stretch from the comfort of your desk chair as our instructor guides your team through rejuvenating movements that will leave you feeling refreshed, energized, and inspired. All Levels Welcome!

Rhythm is a tool for exploring your own creativity! Using the drum as an anchor, Caleb will lead participants through a rhythmic breathing exercise that calms the nervous system. Participants will then be led through a guided meditation that focuses on the rhythm of the heart and activating the body through tapping and some movement. The purpose of this experience is to close the stress cycle—which so many of us experience throughout different parts of our day—and become more present.
