With the day’s theme in mind, participants will learn how to draw themselves - Caricature Style! Everyone will get a chance to see themselves in a new way and walk away with some awesome drawing skills from this funny and engaging 60 minute workshop.

Meet your host: Eric is a professional caricature artist and pumpkin carver based in upstate New York, in his 21 years as a professional artist, he has drawn over 100,000 people at live events, and 70,000 more from photos. He is often featured on the Food Network’s Halloween Wars and has been featured on the Today Show.

Our brains are malleable and trainable; they can even rewire themselves. This remarkable capacity refers to neuroplasticity, and it allows us to train our brains for success. Visualization is one of the most impactful and efficient ways to do this. Hacking our neuroplasticity is just one reason why vision boarding is useful for designing your best life. In this hands-on interactive 60-minute session, you will learn visualization techniques for dreaming big, crystalizing ideas, and putting those ideas into action!
