Discover your inner sommelier in this virtual wine tasting with Watsonville, California-based Integrity Wines. Head Winemaker Mark Hoover will be live on Zoom to share the steps involved in conducting the perfect wine tasting, from pouring, to sniffing, and (of course) the actual taste test! We’ll ship you seven perfectly portioned 50 mL tasting jars of our premium wine so you can conduct the tasting from the comforts of your own home.

Coffee: a beverage that connects people worldwide. With so many various growing regions, preparation methods, and serving settings, it can seem like finding your favorite coffee is impossible. Solve some of the mystery with this coffee tasting workshop, hosted by Fernando Diaz, the founder of Proyecto Diaz, a Bay Area-based coffee roasting company with roots in Oaxaca, Mexico.

Learn the art of examining the smells and tastes of various coffees from different regions around the world. Listen as Fernando leads your team through a tasting and discusses how to best identify the hints and subtleties that make each coffee unique. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and share your thoughts as you expand your palate and potentially discover a new favorite brew! By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a newfound appreciation for the process of coffee making and a coffee tasting skill that will come in handy in all your future coffee shop visits!
