We start with an intro by the host, Pollo Del Mar, to introduce herself, talk about what drag means to her, and share her story about wrestling. When she was growing up, she always loved wrestling but didn't see herself represented. Now she is a Pro Wrestling Illustrated columnist and was named OutSports' QWI Pro Wrestling "PERSONALITY OF THE YEAR".
Pride Month Trivia
We’ve customized our popular Trivia game with Pride Month questions and categories for your team. During the game, we’ll create teams of 6-8 players and feature fun and thoughtful solo and team questions. Players submit answers via a browser-based platform (no download required). We also incorporate music and audio questions with the game.

Well versed in Pride, DE&I, BHM & Intersectionality talks, Briana also likes to make it fun and interactive with things like trivia but then touch on the reality we live in such as murders, activists, oppression. All her talks are customized based on the needs of the organization.
Briana Yarborough is an executive RevOps Leader, a co-founder of a RevOps stealth start-up, serves as an advisor and CXO for several hyper-growth startups, a speaker, educator, coach and mentor! She utilizes her expertise in DEI, L&D, GTM strategy, SaaS/start-ups, Supply Chain, Revenue Operations, Strategy, General Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Business Intelligence to help organizations and individuals create impactful, intentional change that significantly impacts growth & performance.
Briana is a champion and engaging member of a number of communities created for marginalized groups in Tech and an active thought leader in multiple revenue communities. She most recently received recognition for being one of the top 25 RevOps Leaders of 2022 by Revenue.io, has been featured in leadership articles sharing her road to success & is a passionate DEI champion who spends as much time impacting change in our communities as she can. She’s served as the first Chair of ERGs and DEI task forces at a number of the organizations she’s worked; and served as the the Learning and Development Chair at a company with over 15,000 employees; helping countless employees strategically navigate their careers.

Madison is committed to helping change the narrative around what it looks like to be “human at work”, and hoping to help alleviate unconscious bias in corporate America. She is passionate about facilitating hard conversations through storytelling, data and tough empathy.
Madison is a co-host of the Podcast Bye-Bye Binary, whose goal is to create conversations around dismantling heteronormativity and the societal barriers we face as queer people. Their mission is to create the community centered on acceptance.

Aria Sa’id is a transgender advocate and award winning political strategist based in San Francisco Bay Area. She is a founder and the Executive Director of the Compton’s Transgender Cultural District- the world’s first transgender district, celebrating the resilience, culture, and presence of transgender people in San Francisco’s famed Tenderloin neighborhood. She is the founder of Kween Culture Initiative- a social and cultural empowerment project for Black transgender women.
In addition to her efforts in community development, Ms. Sa’id has written and/or led numerous public policy efforts both in the City and County of San Francisco and at the California state legislature; most notably co-creating the United States’ first sex worker protection law, Prioritizing Safety for Sex Workers (San Francisco), and The Name and Dignity Act for Incarcerated Transgender People (Atkins- California).
Aria Sa’id and her efforts have been featured in numerous media, including Forbes, CNN, Huffington Post, San Francisco Chronicle, Vice, Out Magazine, SF Weekly, CBS, Daily Mail, KQED, The Advocate, The Daily Beast– and more.

Alexander Hardy is a grits-powered mental health advocate, dancer, educator, lupus survivor, food enthusiast, host of The War on Spiritual Ashiness. He will probably ask what (or if) you ate today.
Alexander battles spiritual ashiness as CoFounder of GetSomeJoy, a creative wellness agency promoting mental and emotional wellness to marginalized, underserved communities via soulful storytelling, joy-flavored programming, live events, and accessible resources. He has written for platforms such as Ebony, CNN.com, Esquire, Food & Wine, Courvoisier, The Root, Saint Heron, and Very Smart Brothas, and supports communities and organizations with English and Spanish Youth and Adult Mental Health First Aid trainings and other wellness-infused experiences and resource development.
Sammy Rae
Independent performer Sammy Rae uses she/they pronouns interchangeably and identifies as a queer female bandleader in Brooklyn, originally from Connecticut.
She is the bandleader of Sammy Rae & the Friends, a collection of musicians whose genre encompasses classic rock, folk, and funk with a little bit of soul and jazz and features a rhythm section, a horn section, keyboards, and two backup singers.

Ryan Cassata
Book Ryan Cassata, an award-winning singer-songwriter, actor, performer, published writer, LGBTQ+ activist and transgender motivational speaker. He will kick off the event with a 15 minute talk and finish up with some live performances of his original songs.
With over 600 performances nationwide and internationally and seven original and critically-acclaimed musical albums, Ryan is proud to be recognized as the first openly-trans performer at the Vans Warped Tour. He is praised by The Advocate Magazine- Ryan has been praised as a “Transgender singing sensation.” Paper Magazine has also included Ryan on their "50 LGBTQ Musicians You Should Prioritize" list, and LOGO’s New Now Next included Ryan on the “9 Trans Musicians You Need To Get Into” list. Billboard Magazine has referred to Ryan as a “true force in the industry,” honoring him as one of the esteemed "11 Transgender & Non-Binary Musicians You Need to Know" while premiering his award-winning music video "Daughter," garnering over 2M views on Youtube and 2M streams on Spotify.
Committed to educating the global community through music, film, print, TV and in-person speeches, Ryan most enjoys shedding his optimism, light, positivity and experience of being a proud transgender man while highlighting the adversity he has faced throughout his journey. Ryan continues to share his inspiring message of hope and acceptance via his social media platforms and at venues across the nation.
Cultivating Compassion in the Workplace
During this Pride-Month themed workshop, we will be focusing on creating a cohesive and loving work environment. We will begin by reflecting on our relationships with ourselves, and then move into our relationships with one another, and then into the group dynamic. The focus of this workshop will be on reducing judgment, learning how to not take things personally, and navigating workplace relationships from a place of compassion. This workshop is extremely beneficial to help create a space that feels open, inclusive, and loving to all members of the team.
Meet your host
Allie, founder of Reclaimed Alignment LLC, is an Intuitive Life Coach who focuses on mind-body-soul healing.
After studying wellness for the past 10 years, Allie has found that her specialty lies in the areas of self-love and empowerment. Allie began her studies in biology and psychology, graduating with a Bachelor’s in Science from Loyola University Maryland with a focus in pre-medicine. Since then, Allie has studied yoga, Reiki, integrative energy healing, breathwork, astrology, Ayurveda, functional medicine, somatic healing modalities, as well as holistic health coaching. Through this exploration, she has witnessed herself and countless clients heal from the inside out. She now teaches Reiki to future energy healers, and offers courses in concepts such as manifestation and reclaiming our intuition. She works with individuals and groups to support the reclamation of all parts of themselves. Allie practices fostering a deeper sense of unconditional love each and every day, and she believes her purpose is to share that with others.
