Venue: VanNess Lounge
Activity: Tattoo Ink Drawing Workshop
The class starts with an introduction to the materials and guidance on station set up. Walking attendees through each step, the instructor ensures participants feel confident using the materials to draw and ink their chosen design. From there, the class will trace and then ink their chosen design*. To ensure a successful product, chosen designs have been lightly printed on the watercolor paper for everyone to trace, and we have included an extra design, “just in case.”
The average run-length of the class is approximately an 75 minutes, but run times vary with attendees' level of engagement. There is always time for questions and extra help, so that everyone leaves with a finished piece of art. Although some parts may be a bit challenging, this class is a fun way for everyone to get together and learn new skills!
** Disclaimer: This is purely an illustration class, it is in no way, shape, or form, teaching you the art of tattooing. Designs are completed on professional quality paper, it is not meant to be a temporary tattoo.
