Rhythm of Happiness Workshop

Treat your team to a unique and wow-worthy Drum Workshop! This 60 minute to 90 minute class will foster creativity and presence in the workplace, all through the lens of rhythm.

MEET YOUR HOST:

Caleb Spaulding is a social entrepreneur, percussionist, and storyteller who brings 20 years of rhythm expertise to his work as an educator and facilitator. His work has taken him across America and to Mexico, Ghana, Panama, Italy, Israel, the Bahamas, and beyond. His mission is to use rhythm, music, and movement to inspire creativity, happiness, and playfulness in people of all ages and backgrounds

WINE AND CHEESE PAIRING

Have a wine, beer, cider, or cocktail that you love but, always wondered, “What cheese pairs with this?” Don’t worry, this class will teach you all about it! This guided tasting takes your favorite drink and designs premium pairings. You’ll taste seven artisanal cheeses chosen precisely for your beverage of choice, accompanied by fresh sliced baguette, dried fruits & nuts, and in-depth educational packets for your enjoyment and perusal. Who would have thought that you could enjoy a conference room so much!

MOVIE NIGHT

Enjoy a movie with the team without leaving the office! Let us turn that conference room into a your very own private theatre. Pizza Dinner will be served but be sure to save room for your favorite concessions of popcorn, chocolate or gummy bears. We even bring in comfy chairs so the team can kick back their feet and get cozy. From Holiday Themed to Harry Potter; let us know what kind of movie night fits your team and we will make it happen!

MIXOLOGY 101

Have you ever watched a bartender mixing a delicious cocktail and thought: "I wish I could do that?" Guess what, now it's time for you to learn the tricks of the trade at your office and with your colleagues. During the class, you'll learn how to create 3 drinks with all involved in the shaking and stirring process. Appetizers will be served so that no one goes hungry and all walk away with a goodie bag so they can show off their bartending skills at to their significant other! Mocktails will also be an option.

OFFICE YOGA

Let's rally your office with something other than energy drinks! Research shows that yoga and meditation reduce stress, increase focus, and revitalize the senses.

Customize the experience with a gentle flow to slow down, recenter, and relax. Or maybe opt for a faster paced workout to re-energize and gets your team moving. Whatever you’re craving, our skilled yogi teacher can cater to your groups’ needs!

KAROKE PARTY

Singing at the top of your lungs should be reserved for showers and sitting in traffic. Recharge your team with a lighthearted night of Bar Style Karaoke! Pick a theme, decorate, and encourage costumes (perfect for Halloween, Christmas or a Decade Party), or go more casual. Whatever you decide, there will be catered food and beverages (plus endless fun).

PLANT PARENTING 101

Studies have shown that indoor plants boost your mood, productivity, concentration and creativity. They reduce your stress, fatigue, sore throats and colds. They help clean indoor air by absorbing toxins, increasing humidity & producing oxygen. And don't forget they add life to a sterile space, give privacy and reduce noise levels. So why not have your team jump into plant parenthood at the office? We will have a plant expect bring in some plants that work well in an office setting, explain care requirements of each kind and help everyone select one that suits them best. Once selected, all will choose a name for the plant, as we all do better when addressed by a name, and will then have the opportunity to put some flair onto the planter with paint. Hopefully, these new office team members bring smiles to all and coworkers can be sure that Bob doesn't kill off his new plant friend, Herb, by forgetting to water him.

ARM KNITTING WORKSHOP

Learn to knit with your arms! In this beginner workshop, you'll learn to make ultra-chunky knits using your own arms as knitting needles! I know, it seems crazy, but after the class you walk away with an over-sized scarf or cowl -- the perfect accessory to ward off the NYC winter in style. You won't believe how quickly you can whip up a finished piece and walk away with the knowledge to tackle more arm knitting projects on their own. Hors d'ouevres and drinks served during the workshop.

Have you ever seen anyone frowning while holding a ukulele? Nope, didn’t think so.

Share the joy with your team and throw a Hawaiian themed party - a nod to where the uke first put down roots in 1879 - complete with delicious food, fun party favors, and of course: Ukuleles!

The ukulele is easier to learn than guitar, easier to carry than a piano, and now you can take that feeling with you everywhere you go!

MURAL WORKSHOP

Grab a paintbrush and get ready to unleash your creativity! Each Team Member gets 1 panel to complete, and at the end, all the panels come together to create one big piece. Images can be customized to your corporate logo, meeting theme, or anything from our extensive gallery. The colorful murals can be hung proudly in the break room, or can be donated to brighten the walls of a local charitable organization.

Zumba

Dance like no one is watching (except your Boss and your Coworkers) and embrace the magic of a fast-paced, fun-filled Zumba class! Our instructor will bring the energy and get your team moving for a 60 minute session right in your conference room.

Tie Dye Workshop

Play with color in this hands-on kitted workshop where you’ll learn the basics of classic Tie Dye: from folding techniques to color pairing! Up-cycle old T-shirts or give your white corporate T’s some personality!
