Carriage House & Meadow at Atherton Holbrook Park
Location: 15 minute drive from Palo Alto. The venue comes with very little furniture. Escape The Routine will be coordinating and providing picnic tables, wine barrel cocktail tables, umbrellas for shade, and much more to build out this field into the perfect summer derby atmosphere.

Bar Services:
Staff: 3 bartenders, 1 bar cart
Menu: 2 select beers, 2 wines, and Mint Julep cocktail

Activities:
Lawn Games: Corn hole, croquet, giant connect four, in addition to these activities we will bring a bucket of lawn activities e.g. frisbee, footballs, etc.
Entertainment: DJ serving up summer party hits.

Wine barrel cocktail tables - $35 per barrel
I would suggest a total of 15 barrels which will be $700 with delivery and pick up.
Hay bales for seating and decor - $15 per bail + delivery fees which vary depending on the amount.
I would suggest a total of 20 bales which will total $400 with delivery and pick up.
Adirondack chair - $45 per chair
I would suggest a total of 8 chairs with side tables which will be a total of $700 with delivery.
Food Add Ons:
Wood fire pizza from Tutte Al Forno with appetizer table for 80 guests. Cost is +$1500 to total quote listed above.
