Caricature Drawing Workshop

Join us for a 60 minute virtual workshop to learn the process step by step with Eric Jones.
Eric Jones has 22 years of experience and over 200,000 caricatures under his belt! Eric Jones Studios has a long list of clients, and is currently the most booked artist in Western NY. His work has been featured on the "Today Show", Food Network's "Halloween Wars", TruTV, ESPN, FOX NFL, and more.
Supplies needed:
A few sheets of paper preferably 11x14 but legal size will work.
Sharpie or dark graphite drawing pencil

What condiment can you not live without? I confess: for me, it's hot sauce. I even carry a little bottle in my purse, for my on-the-go heat addiction. And it's amazing how fun and easy homemade hot sauce can be! I look forward to sharing my passion for preservation with you, as we make our own hot sauce together.
In this class you'll learn the simple steps of homemade hot sauce, from sourcing peppers and ingredients, cooking, and storing your batch. We'll also cover the tools and tricks of preservation and fermentation, such as safety and shelf-life, as well as various methods and canning history. You'll also get a recipe and tips as we make hot sauce together during class.
Skill level: beginner; but those with canning skills are welcome to join and learn some new tricks.
You will walk away with the ability to:
* Source and select ingredients
* Cook and preserve hot sauce, while maximizing flavor
* Ferment your own hot sauce at home
* Share your homemade jar of hot sauce with friends!

Virtual Beatles London Tour

Let's step back to the Swinging Sixties, when skirts were mini, nuclear war seemed a moment away and British pop music ruled the world. And at the forefront of this cultural movement were four working class lads from Liverpool who called themselves The Beatles. Join us as we trace their steps, from their arrival in London in 1963, to Paul McCartney's explosive decision to quit the band in 1970. We will take you on a virtual tour to visit their homes, the various studios they recorded in, the iconic Abbey Roads crossing and relive some of their finest performances.

Pour, Squeeze, and Shake up craft cocktails with your team!
Expert mixologist Becca Wyant will walk your team through creating several classic cocktails from scratch. Guests will use their favorite gin, tequila, rum, or vodka to create the cocktails, or use our provided shopping list to follow with the brands Becca uses.
