Charcuterie Workshop

Our virtual tasting & board design experiences are led by Ray Rumiano, a fourth-generation cheesemaker and co-owner of Rumiano Cheese Co., the oldest family-owned cheese company in California. During the interactive 45-60 minute event, Ray will take you through each variety of cheese, share some history and knowledge on making cheese, the producers and their farms, and then take questions at the end. We also weave in our "how to design a beautiful cheese board" and walk the group through all the tips and secrets to making a gorgeous board.
