Below are venues that are available your preferred dates throughout San Francisco and The Peninsula that will accommodate 500 people at a budget as close to $180 per person as possible.

San Francisco Venue Options

Emporium SF - Availability Dec 9th (Casual Venue)

Reception Style Capacity: 800. We can close off specific floors to make it fit for 300 - 500 people.

Reception Style Arcade Buyout

There are no parking garages nearby and street parking can be challenging depending on the time of day/night. We recommend public transit and ride sharing services.

3 hour bar package:

  • Liquor: Gordon’s Vodka, Gordon’s Gin, Myers’s Platinum Rum, Campo Azul Tequila, Evan Williams Bourbon

  • Beer: All drafts and cans on menu (with the exception of possibly 1-3 premium drafts)

  • Wine: Underwood Pinot Gris, Underwood Sparkling, Underwood Rose Bubbles, and Underwood Pinot Noir

  • Non-Alcoholic: All sodas & juices (Ginger Beer & Red Bull not included)

The Palace Hotel - Dec 5th, 9th, 12th, 13th, 15th

**Pricing for this venue starts @ $325 per person.

Reception Style Capacity: 2,500. We can close off specific rooms to fit a party size of 300 - 500.

Garage parking near by which will need to be extended into after hours for an evening event. Additional $700 fee + fee per car. Parking vouchers can be purchased in advance for guests.

SF Mint - Availability Dec 1st, 7th, and 9th *Pricing for this venue is $277 per person.
