Pour, Squeeze, and Shake up craft cocktails with your team! Participants will learn some the basics of making delicious beverages from home with our host, Aeron Holizki.
Aeron Holizki is the Bar Manager at Civil Liberties Bar in Toronto Canada, where there is no menu and the options are as unlimited as your imagination. Each guest has a cocktail custom crafted for them based on their own personal preferences. Not only is Aeron an experienced bartender she also has a culinary arts degree and sommelier training. Her passion is providing unique experiences with warm hospitality, while empowering her guests to take more liberties with their creativity in everything food and beverage.
HOW IT WORKS:
Each kit will come with ingredients to make two signature holiday cocktails;
Christmapolitan; Vodka, Spiced Cranberry, Lime, Dry Curacao.
Each kit will come with a 375ml bottle of vodka (Canada participants only), the other mixes will be in small 4oz glass bottles, and whole fresh limes 4-5.
Cameron’s Kick; Irish whiskey, Scotch whisky, Orgeat, Orange Blossom, Lemon.
Each kit will come with a 4oz glass bottle of blended Scotch whisky, 4oz bottle of Irish whiskey (Canada participants only), house made orgeat, and whole fresh lemons 2-3. Eggs are not included (optional).
This cocktail can be made with or without egg white, it's a super delicious variation, and this style of drink dates back to the mid 1800's but it can easily be left out and the drink will be delicious just the same.
Tools to have handy;
Citrus juicer or elbow press (anything handy that can press citrus)
Table spoon for measuring
Knife
Peeler
Strainer/Slotted Spoon
Spoon (for tasting)
Two cocktail glasses/or any glassware on hand

VIRTUAL TRIVIA

join us beverage in hand for virtual tirvia where participants will compete both as teams and individuals in a game of classic bar-style trivia across all sorts of categories.
HOW IT WORKS:
Everyone meets on the "Main Stage" (the Zoom Room) where our host will announce the questions.
Participants are broken up into random teams and will meet periodically at “team tables” via Zoom breakout rooms to discuss the questions.
Participants will submit answers individually. Individual points will go towards your team’s overall score.
The host will tally the scores to deem which team has the winning answers.
Question topics include Music, Movies, TV, People, Sports and Games, Science, History, Geography, Technology, Business, Culture.
