We are in the business of bringing people together and helping people escape the routine of day-to-day life.

Escape the Routine was founded in 2015 as an event production company in San Francisco, CA. Since our inception, our mission has always been focused around creating an atmosphere for people to experience new things and forget about their day-to-day… routine. Meeting new friends, discovering great artists, and enjoying life is the reason we create these experiences for people to share. For the past five years, we’ve had the opportunity to create public-facing themed parties, concerts, and festivals. We’ve traveled the world managing concert tours and designing live shows. Most recently, we’ve had the pleasure to expand our private client base to build memorable virtual experiences for companies to connect their communities. Our clients have included some of the top brands in the country such as Peloton, Hinge, Dell, Amazon, Genentech, and more.

Pre March 2020, 50% of our business consisted of producing public-facing ticketed concerts and pop-up themed parties, mostly in San Francisco with the occasional trip to NYC, DC, and Southern California. The other 50% of our business was a for-hire experience production company creating pop-up retail shops to producing multi-day summits to planning company holiday parties and private functions.

Our 2020 pivot thankfully has kept us thriving. Currently, our business consists of booking an ever-growing catalog of virtual and unperson experiences ranging from kitted Mixology events, to virtual tours of Vienna, to live Dueling Piano shows, to Meet and Greets with Farm Animals, to company holiday parties, summer picnics, conference after parties, and the list goes on. Our mission is to help people Escape their Routine through events with friends, colleagues, family, and strangers.
