Timber & Salt

Timber & Salt is a downtown Redwood City restaurant and bar serving seasonal California cuisine and craft cocktails. Our kitchen, led by award-winning chef Joshua Regal serves fresh, seasonal dishes highlighting the best ingredients California has to offer. We also serve one of the best burgers in Silicon Valley. Our cocktail program, by bar manager Brian Matulis, features hand-crafted cocktails using select spirits, house made syrups, bitters, tinctures and specialty garnishes. We also feature a deep list of spirits, quality wine and specialty beer. Both the kitchen and bar utilize fresh ingredients from our farm in Woodside California. Timber & Salt has intimate indoor seating for over 50 guests and an enclosed, heated outdoor patio for up to 30 guests.

Milagros

Milagros features innovative Latin cuisine and hand crafted cocktails from the Southern Hemisphere. We focus on sourcing local, organic, sustainable and humanely raised products. We feature our own grass fed beef from our partner ranch - Rancho Alena, located in the Sierra Foothills. Our poultry from Pitman Farms, is the best in the industry. Our seafood is responsibly sourced and local whenever possible. Our extensive cocktail menu focuses on boutique spirits, fresh juices, house made purees, syrups and fresh seasonal fruit. With over 25 patio tables and an outdoor tequila bar Milagros has one of the best patios on the Peninsula.

Experiences

Team PUb Trivia

Our fully customizable pub trivia is a perfect way to break in any party at any location. Similar to pub trivia we will provide host, music, and all the questions + we can work with you to create any custom questions. This is ideal for large open spaces where we can seat people into teams of 4 - 7.

FIELD DAY

This is perfect for outdoor venues. Folks will get broken into teams upon arrival and compete in several different classic field day games. Games will be hosted by our charismatic facilitators. After the games, we will end with a BBQ.

Minute to win it

The perfect mobile team game experience we can bring this to a park or open venue such as a winery or brewery. You group will get split up into teams of ~ 8 people and will compete in a wide range of 60 second challenges. This event is roughly a 90 minute experience and then we can do open food and bar and social afterwards.

The Amazing Race

The Amazing Race is a high energy scavenger hunt through Iconic city centers. Our game leads have one designed around Courthouse Square in Redwood City. The group of 85 would be broken up into teams of 8-10.

At the start of the event, everyone receives the “Race Guidelines,” breaking down the ways points are scored:

• (1) Solving Puzzles, (2) Finding Postcard Locations, (3) Shooting Videos, and (4) Text Clues

Teams also receive a video camera and a map of the area outlining the race boundaries (so we don’t lose anyone along the way!!).

Along the way Teams will solve a series of puzzles and challenges to receive clues to there next destination.

Some clues direct teams to find our actors on specific street corners to compete in short challenges...like building the tallest structure out of Tinker Toys in 2 minutes, or stacking dice into a “Sudoku Tower”, or facing off against a race contact in a hand of Blackjack or Poker.

This 1.5 hour race will end at a restaurant that we’ll rent out. This is where we will recap the scores and then folks can socialize, eat, and drink for the final two hours.
