Although Dharmasoul is difficult to narrow down into one genre, they can best be described through their noted influences of contemporary artists such as Medeski Martin Wood & Scofield, Vulfpeck, D'Angelo, Soulive, Snarky Puppy, and Lettuce as well as throwback influences including The Meters, Staple Singers, Otis Redding, The Allman Brothers Band, and Stevie Wonder.

Jonah is a veteran of two Yep Rec Records albums and has toured the world, collaborating and working in the studio with notable list of musicians including Steve Berlin (Los Lobos), John McCauley (Deer Tick), Mickey Raphael (Willie Nelson), Scarlett Rivera (Bob Dylan), Ben Knox Miller (The Low Anthem) Anderson East, Sam Amidon, Greg Leisz, James Gadson, Eric Heywood, and many more. He has shared stages throughout the United States and Europe with artists including Greg Allman, Tony Joe White, Dave & Phil Alvin, Chris Smither, Justin Townes Earle, Rickie Lee Jones, Tom Paxton, Chuck Prophet, Mandolin Orange, to name a

few.

Meanwhile, Kevin graduated from Loyola in New Orleans, where he was inspired by Brian Blade and Stanton Moore, jazz and funk drummers who had also attended the University. Experiencing music in New Orleans opened him to worlds of hip-hop, neo-soul, traditional/ modern jazz, Brazilian, and Afro-Cuban styles. Matt Bolton is a modern day one-man-band show using live-on-the-spot created loops and technology with a contemporary pop, classic rock, roots-rock vibe and feel. Often with hints of retro electronic, rock, reggae, and funk, he combines guitar, drums, bass sounds, keyboards, synth, harmonica, mic and live vocal sounds to create a full band sound and feel that gets crowds of all sizes up and dancing.

Matt picks from a seemingly endless collection of covers and originals to create an unforgettable live performance in which his ingenuity in looping magically reproduces the feel and energy of a complete band with no pre-recorded tracks. Having played in touring bands with some legendary musicians including Todd Rundgren, Jesse Colin Young, Bill Kreutzmann (Grateful Dead).

Smooth vocals and melodies evolving from an array of roots, blues, country, rock and reggae influences.

These longtime band mates perform acoustic based rock, folk, R&B and reggae at private events, and live music venues throughout NH, ME, VT and MA. Their set lists are a healthy blend of classic bands, legendary singers and original music. The band plays everything from heartfelt renditions of 'Tennessee Whiskey', 'Ripple' and 'Purple Rain' to classic dance hall grooves by Stevie Wonder The Talking Heads and The Wailers!!
